ビニール手袋をしてるわけでもなく、素手で掴んでそのまま箱詰め！！？
いくら美味しくても、今後二度と行く気はありません！
友達からケーキが美味しいと聞いていただけに、店員の接客態度と行動が非常に残念。
他の悪評価をつけた方の気持ちがよくわかりました。

I was very disappointed with the customer service attitude and behavior of the clerk just because I heard from a friend that the cake was delicious.

以前のお店でも、通っていたので見つけた時は嬉しいかったです。イートインコーナーも狭いながらも落ち着いてゆったりとしてました。
The taste of fresh cream is not too sweet and it feels just right (personally), so I like it very much.
I used to go to the previous shop, so I was happy when I found it. The eat-in corner was small but calm and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶり美味しいケーキが食べたくなり、イートインで伺いましたが、店員の方の言い方…そんな言い方しなくても良いのにと思うくらい、とてもつめたい言い方でした。
また、店員の方は長い髪をまとめることもなく下ろしたまま、出てきたカップのフチは汚れており衛生的にとても心配になりました。
コロナ対策もしっかりされて、ケーキが美味しいだけに今回の接客態度はとても残念です。
I wanted to eat a delicious cake for the first time in a long time, so I asked for it at eat-in, but the clerk said it ... I thought it wasn't necessary to say that, so it was a very stuffy way of saying it.
Also, the clerk was very worried about hygiene because the edge of the cup that came out was dirty while the long hair was pulled down without being tied up.
Corona measures are well taken, and the customer service attitude this time is very disappointing because the cake is delicious.

このコロナの時期だからとか関係なく普通に嫌です。
せめて手袋ぐらいして欲しい

ケーキを見た息子は大喜びでした！難しい絵を注文してしまいましたが、すごく丁寧に描いてくださいました。
ケーキの味も美味しかったです。
とても雰囲気の良い、優しい店員さんでした。
