★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2日にかけて大量に本を売りに行きましたが、対応がイマイチでした。
売時に、値段を見てから決めますと伝えると、「値段のつかない物は持ち帰りで」と、きつめに言われ、引取を要求したら、「もう持ち帰りはできませんよ」とキッパリ言われたのですが、他店ではいつも受取時に売れる量を見て決めたりしていたので、ちょっとこれはトラブルの元だと思います。融通効かないなら、タブレット端末の意味ないでしょう?
受取時、商品の値段を見てから売ると伝えてあるのに、明細を見ていたらレシートでも「見れます」ときつめに言われてビックリでした。それじゃ意味ないでしょう? 同意するか確認してるのに? (他店では、逆に明細確認を促されます。後で揉める方が大変ですからね)
マニュアルは取引スムーズにするためにあるのに、店員の方の対応に偏りがあるため、これでは意味をなしていません。
上記2点改善を要求します。

That wouldn't make sense ? I'm asking if I agree ? (At other stores, I'm prompted to check the details. It's harder to rub it later)
Although the manual is there to facilitate transactions, this does not make sense because the clerk's response is biased.
We request the above two points of improvement.
