★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキは美味しいけどスタッフさんの質はばらつきがあります。電話対応も明らかに雑立ったり…スタッフさんは場に１人しか見かけないことが多いので仕方ないかと思いますが…にしたってなあ…。
ケーキ自体は色んな有名どころと南部のケーキ屋さんにお世話になってる私の中ではトップ3に入るくらい美味しいです。
甘いものがそんなに得意でないですがそれでも美味しい。フルーツなんかもかなり美味しいです。果物狩りで取れたてを食べた時くらい美味しい。種類も豊富。
スタッフさんが…ばらつきがありますが…去年くらいは元気にハキハキ声かけしている感じのいいスタッフさんもいただけに少し残念です。

こちらはJR長町駅前にある「tecteながまち」という商業施設内にある玄関はいってすぐの美味しいケーキ屋さん「パティスリー マッフェン tecteながまち」店。
通称マッフェン。
価格は普通で安いとは言えないが高いケーキ屋に比べたら低価格なのではないかと。こちらのケーキは見た目も可愛いし、そして美味しい。
ホールケーキや長いロングケーキのようなものも美味しかった。
オススメ。
店オリジナルのシュークリームがあったと思うがこちらも美味しかった。
他にはクッキーやチョコレート、パウンドケーキなど。
宮城県の地酒を使用した菓子も販売している。
機会があればぜひ。
ただ、接客が若い子が多いからそこは遅かったり微妙なときもある。
ケーキの質はよし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいケーキが多いですが、人生で初めてケーキを残すほど美味しくないケーキを食べました。マシュマロがクリーム風にのっているレモンケーキ見た目が美味しそうで買ってみましたが、あれだけはもう作らない方がいいと思います。甘すぎからの酸っぱすぎる。。友人３人と食べましたが全員残しました。ほんと驚くくらい不味いです。

エキナカに入っているお店クオリティでは無い。
クリーム、生地共に味の濃淡がなく均一。
うまみを全く感じない。
今時コンビニスイーツの方が数段上。
全くお勧めできません。
