T	T.I BT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東大島駅から歩いてすぐにあります。店内入ってすぐに手指のアルコール消毒が必要なのですが、ちょっとわかりにくく、店員さんに消毒を促されてしまいました。店内はこじんまりとして焼き菓子エリアとレジカウンター兼のケーキのショーウィンドウがあるって感じです。ここの良いところはアウトレット品があるという事です。たまたま入店した時に「ベイカーズカスタード」というお菓子が半額で売ってました。この時はこのお菓子を知らなくて半額なら買ってみるか。で、食べてみて美味しさにびっくり！めっちゃ好きなお菓子でした。数日後にまた買いに行ってしまいました笑半額の「ベイカーズカスタード」が無くなってからはアウトレット品は登場しませんが、店内POPの雰囲気からまた時々ある気がします。アウトレット品を期待して時々店内を覗いてしまう日々となってしまいました笑 It is a short walk from Higashi-Ojima Station. 市	市川愛実 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お味が好きで何度も利用していますが、今回は嫌な接客態度の方に当たってしまい、残念な気持ちです。他のクチコミにもありましたが、上から目線な発言で驚きました。退店時には『ありがとうございました』も言われなかったですよ。こんな事初めてで驚きました。近隣の価格帯と比べても、決して安いお値段ではないですし、キハチというブランドに期待を持って買いに行ってるので、気持ちよく買い物したかったです。お店を出てからも、ずっとモヤモヤしてました。もうひとり居た店員さんは、丁寧で愛想も良かったです。(その方に接客されたかった、、！) ケーキも安定した美味しさでした。お店側は評価を見たりしないんでしょうか？改善出来る点はした方がお店の為だと思うのですが！たった1人のせいで満足度下げられるのは、美味しいケーキを作っているパティシエさん達や、他の従業員さんが可哀想。もし再度利用する機会があったら改善されていることを願います。 I like the taste and use it many times, but this time I'm disappointed that I hit a person with an unpleasant customer service attitude. ピ	ピカパパ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KIHACHIのパティスリー！21年1月2日はさすがに自粛のせいか外までは並んでませんでした。個人的にはラッキー。モンブランとイチゴのショート、キャラメルサンマルクとチーズスコーンを買いました。まずモンブラン！旨い。栗の味わいに生クリームとサクサクタルトがベストマッチ。苺のショートもスポンジと生クリームふわふわで美味かった。キャラメルサンマルクはいつのまにか食べられてました。笑チーズスコーンもワインに合うスイーツでした。また、ご褒美で買いに行こう。 KIHACHI's patisserie! た	たま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキや菓子に限らず食べ物には人各々に｢好き、嫌い｣や｢合う、合わない｣は有ると思います。決して｢不味い｣と感じた訳では無いのですが、普通の生クリームだと思ったらバターが強めで｢ん？アレ？｣っと思ってしまい胸焼けしてしまいました。子供にも思いのほか不評だったので個人的に購入する事は2度と無いと思いますが、友人知人へのプレゼントとしての購入は有ると思います。あと…接客業ですよね？客が迷ったり悩んだりしてたら、好みを聞いてみたりアドバイスとかしてくれても良くないですかね？購入せずに帰ろっかな？っと思ってしまいましたよ？思い当たる店員さんは接客態度を直して欲しいですね。あくまでも個人的な好みでの評価と子供の反応がイマイチだったので値段と合ってないな？っと思い星は2つとさせていただきます。 I think that each person has "likes and dislikes" and "fits and does not fit" in food, not just cakes and sweets.
