昨年はお休みしていたようで、今年（2021年）夏から週末に営業を再開してくれました。
行くときは、インスタで営業日を確認しないと悲しいことになります。
今回はいつものＮＹチーズケーキとアプリコットとチャイのタルトを購入。
人にもよりますが、私は好きな味です！相棒も「このチーズケーキ、私の中のナンバー1！」と絶賛しておりました。
コロナの中、営業していて、時々によってお店の中にお客様が入れるスペースがあったり、窓口だけになったりととても考えていらっしゃいます。包装についても、ケーキ類は紙で仕切ってあり、アルミやビニールを使わずエコにも考慮されているようです。
そう言えばドイツの友達が言ってました。
「こっちでは、どんなケーキも紙に包んで渡されるから両手で大事に持って帰るんだよ」
と！（焼き菓子は流石にビニール包装ですが！）
とても小さなお店なので、お客様ひとりひとりの時間が少し長めです。でも、このお店では、そこもいいところ。自分の番になったら、お店の人に「こんにちは！」と声をかけてちょっとだけ話をして地元のお店の良さを感じてください。
開店から1〜2時間ほどすると、数人待ち程度になるので、下町デートにはもってこいです。小さなお店のお菓子を買ったら、そのまま小道を進んで砂町銀座も見物してください。おでん、焼き鳥、果物など、商店街のにぎやかさがまだまだ残っていて、きっとあなたも、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができると思います。

If you buy sweets from a small shop, continue along the path to see Sunamachi Ginza. 家に帰って食べたらびっくり、これはデパ地下や青山の一等地で売ってるやつと同じレベルの味がする！
9月まで夏季休業中とのことでしたので、休みが明けたらまたうかがいたいと思います。（今度はもっと早い時間に）

下町商店街の雰囲気とは全く違い、小洒落ていてオープンな雰囲気。
道から一段高くなった日が照らすテラスに、お店の小さな窓口があり、その中に可愛らしいクッキーやケーキが所狭しと並んでいる。その奥にはお菓子を作る厨房まで見通せ、いい雰囲気。
クッキーには意外な香辛料が入ってたりして楽しめます。キャロットケーキ、バナナケーキやタルトも各種あり、おやつにちょこっと買って変えるのにいいかも。
