★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 低糖のケーキが売りです。今回、ショコラケーキとチーズケーキ、洋梨パイをいただきましたが、低糖とうたっていないものも甘さが控えめで、その分素材の味がいきてとても美味しいと感じました(笑)
ショコラは甘さ控えめ、さっぱりしっとりで何個も食べたくなります。
チーズケーキはチーズが味わい深く、私はとても気に入りました！
洋梨パイはサクッとしていて美味しく、次に行った時は複数個買うと心に決めています(笑)
お店の方の人柄含め、大切にお付き合いしたいお店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップルパイ&洋梨パイがとにかく絶品です！！表面サクサク&パリパリで中身はしっとり✨この味が180円で買えるなんて驚きです！アップルパイを進んで買う事はあまり無いのですが、穂茂さんのアップルパイは本当に大好きになりました♥早めに行かないと売り切れてしまいます。
店内はカットケーキやカップスイーツがメインで、マドレーヌなどの焼き菓子も並んでいます。
米粉を使用したロールケーキはしっとり重めの生地。舌触りは少々荒いですが、クリームが甘過ぎず美味しいです。
焼き菓子はパウンドケーキを買いましたが、プレーン、コーヒー、ほうじ茶、抹茶、紅茶、ゴマなど数種類あり、どれもしっとりしていて食べ応えがあって家族にも好評でした。
県内では珍しく(？)低糖質の手作りケーキもありますので糖質制限されている方にもオススメです。誕生日用などのホールケーキは1週間前迄に要予約。
現金以外ではPayPayが使用可能です。クレジット不可。

There is also a low-carbohydrate handmade cake, which is rare in the prefecture (?), So it is also recommended for those with limited sugar. Reservations are required for whole cakes for birthdays, etc. at least one week in advance.
