とっても男前なたぬきさんを選んで頂きました。
中にレーズン入ったスポンジの上にバタークリームのお顔がのっており、とても懐かしくも新鮮な美味しさがあります。
一つ一つ個性があって食べるのが勿体ない位可愛いです。
丁寧に作られたケーキだなーと感じました。
持ち帰りの際、少し斜めになってしまいましたがハーバーナイトも凄い美味しかったです。
上品なチョコのお味が口いっぱい広がります。
いつも食べてるチョコケーキは甘すぎるのですが、こちらはコーティングしてるチョコがビターなのでとっても大人の味がします。
お名前のとおり、神戸の夜って感じのケーキです。
今度はプリンに挑戦したいと思います。

今までホールケーキは残ってしまうので買わないようにしていましたが、ストロベリースマイル?がとても美味しかったので、大きいのを作っていただきました。残る心配は無用でした。イチゴとスポンジ、クリームが仲良く調和しています。甘すぎず、クドすぎず、お値段も言うことなし！難点は美味しくて食べすぎちゃうことかな。
懐かしい味は、バタークリームのタヌキさん。
バタークリームってこんな美味しかったんだと感じた一品。
ただこのタヌキさん、話題沸騰中で捕獲が難しいことも?
