古くからあるみたいで、外観は昔のケーキ屋さんって感じで今時ではありません。
見た目で入って見たい感じではないものの、ケーキ屋巡りの一環で入店。
店内はリフォームしてあるのかな？普通に綺麗で広めでした。
入って左手側には焼き菓子などが置かれていました。今は時期的なものなのかトリュフなどのチョコ菓子が多目でした。
おじいちゃんと若い女性が接客してくれます。店を出るときに扉を開けに来てくれて、商品を渡してから見送りにもきてくれました。
広島のケーキのお店では珍しい接客の気が…。カウンター越しにお金払って商品渡して、顔をあげると笑顔もないお店に結構当たってたので。
味は久しぶりの大ヒット！！
特にシュークリームのクリームがものすごく美味しい！
ほんのりと洋酒の香りが隠れてて(コアントローかな？)、なんとも言えない美味しさ。山口県の蓬莱屋のシュークリームにはかなわないものの、また違う感じ(蓬莱屋はシュークリームが大きくてクリームたっぷりで皮も存在感あるけど、こちらは小ぶりなものの皮が主張しない薄さでクリームを生かしてる感じ)
写真のハートはイチゴが落ちちゃったけど、チョコが効いててめっちゃ美味しい。
もう少しケーキ屋を巡ったら、またここに帰ってこよう。

Grandpa and a young woman will serve you. When they left the store, they came to open the door and handed me the goods before they even saw me off.
At a cake shop in Hiroshima, I feel like a customer, which is rare. I paid over the counter, handed me the product, and when I raised my face, I was quite hit by a shop with no smile.
The taste is a big hit after a long absence! !!
Especially the cream puff is really delicious!
The taste of Western liquor is hidden (I think it is Cointreau), and the taste is indescribable. Although it does not match the cream puffs of Houraiya in Yamaguchi Prefecture, it feels different (the Houraiya has a large cream puff and has a lot of skin, but this is a small one, but the thinness that the skin does not claim makes use of the cream. (Feeling)
The strawberries have fallen in the heart of the photo, but the chocolate works and it's very delicious.
After going around the cake shop a little more, let's come back here again.
