★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっとわかりにくい感じのお店ですが、隠れ家的な感じで入った瞬間からすごくいい香りがしてお店の方もとても親切でケーキもめっちゃ美味しくて素敵なお店に出会えました。

でも、他のケーキもとても美味しいです。
マロンケーキ?はクリームたっぷりですがお酒が効いていて大人の味、アッサリ食べれます。タルトも美味しいです☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前の店舗の横のドアを奥に入った突き当たりで隠れ家的なお店にリニューアルされています。
素朴でしっかりとした焼き菓子も可愛らしい生菓子も本当に美味しくて、いま風の派手さはなくとも何より素材の良さがよくわかります。
私はキャラメルや生クリーム、ヌガーなどあまり得意ではなかったのですが、こちらのタルトレットキャラメルという焼き菓子やショートケーキを食べて以来大好きになったほど美味しい。ここの作りたてショートケーキならホールで一人で食べられる自信があります(笑)
そして店名にもなっているサバランはお酒の効いた大人の味ですが、他所に扱いがなかなかないので広島では貴重かも。
カウンターでイラストとそっくりなオーナーシェフとお話ししながらお菓子とコーヒー、オーガニックワインなども楽しめる、常連になりたくなるお店です！

And Savarin, which is also the name of the store, is an adult taste with alcohol, but it may be valuable in Hiroshima because it is hard to handle elsewhere.
At the counter, you can enjoy sweets, coffee, organic wine, etc. while talking with the owner chef who looks exactly like the illustration, and you will want to become a regular shop!
