N	Naoko Isobe (チーク) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年のお気に入りです。カウンターのみ8席の、武蔵野市民文化会館の向かい、武蔵野市立中央図書館の並びにあるパスタ専門店。ご主人お一人で作られています。(駐車場はないけど図書館近くにコインパーキング有り) 今昼営業が土曜日しかないとのお話でしたが、ランチメニューもあります。写真は自分のお気に入りのひとつ、きのこのミートクリームソース。滋味溢れる味わいです。1人前のサラダもあるので、女性ひとりでふらりと行っても楽しめると思いますし、サイドメニューも有るのでちょい飲みも可能です。人気店なので待つ事もありますが、出来たらはやく行ってカウンター1番奥に座り、ご主人の手際よい調理を眺めればとにかく楽しく色々勉強にもなります。 It has been a favorite for many years. It's a go to, local favorite. I disagree with the reviewer who said it was "futsu." Futsu to me would mean, cheap, corporate production, which Fujiya is not. Fujiya is pasta made with care, attention and intention. Enjoy!
