個人的には、全国レベルでもトップレベル何じゃないかと思ってしまう。
何度でも食べたい、食べたくなる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どの料理もおいしいですが、名物のイカスミのパスタをまずは食べてみて下さい。
圧力鍋で茹でるパスタの食感と味に感動します。
あと、アナゴのフリッターもお奨めです。
ちょっと強面のマスターですが、話せば気のいい方なので臆せず突撃してみて下さい(笑)
All the dishes are delicious, but please try the famous squid ink pasta first.

正に隠れ家。
道を通るというよりも建物と建物の間を抜けるという感覚。
しかも看板もないから本当にここなのか…?と店主に聞いたぐらい分かりづらい。
しかし、数々の有名人も来てるらしくかなり期待できるお店だと思います。
価格はパスタ1200～1500円で、ほぼ1200円のメニュー。
前菜は500から900でほぼ800円のメニューとなっていました。
名物のイカスミパスタを注文。
濃いくて塩気が強いというよりは旨味が強くてかなり濃い。
イカスミの旨味と刻んだ烏賊の旨味がかなり出ています。
ここまでうまみ調味料が強いなら肝も使ってるのかな？
パスタは小麦粉の味を感じるとかではなく、ツルツルのリングイーネ。
自分は生パスタと比べるとモチモチという感じはしないかったです。
ここは飲み屋街ということで飲む人にターゲットを当てたお店だと思うので飲む飲まないで評価は変わると思います。
個人的には☆3だけど、飲む人は4以上は付けるんじゃないかなというお店でした。

パスタはモチモチ。ソースも適度な塩加減とコクのバランスが最高。他のソースも食べてみたい。
お店の場所は分かりにくいですが、苦労してたどり着く価値あります。
One of the best pasta I have ever eaten.
The pasta is chewy. The sauce has the best balance of saltiness and richness. I want to try other sauces as well.
The location of the shop is confusing, but it's worth the effort.

私の大好きなイカスミパスタを食べさせたく。
コロナの影響で来店頻度が減っていたので、私も久しぶりでした。
安定の抜群の美味しさ！
トマトソースとニンニクを炒め、イカスミソースに塩辛かな？を加えて、圧力鍋で煮たパスタを合わせる。
パスタの絶妙なモチモチ感に、イカスミソースの塩味と旨味。そして、鼻に抜ける幸せな薫り。
パスタとともにJAVAティーの相性もええですよね！
幸せすぎる時間を妻と共有できて最高でした！
