m	mon poK. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の17時半頃伺いました。すでに一組待ちで予約のお客さんもいらっしゃるようで30分程待ちました。椅子やお茶があったり、お菓子販売コーナーがあったりと工夫されていて良かったです。待ちの間に注文をとるスタイルで席に着いてからの待ち時間はほぼありませんでした。パスタにセットでついてきたサラダのドレッシングにビックリ！オイルでベタついた感じもないしニンニクやアンチョビといったクセのある後味もしないのになぜこんなにコクがあって旨味があるの！？えげつないほどの旨さ。眠っていた脳の細胞が覚醒したような驚きでした。笑思わずドレッシングお持ち帰りを購入しました。パスタはカルボナーラを注文。チーズで押しきってない卵感強いカルボナーラでした。パスタの説明のカードがあったりと随所に工夫が見てとれて、楽しく満足感のある時間が過ごせました。料理のお値段が高めと記載されている方もいらっしゃいますが、高ランク品を注文しなければそこそこですし、お店の雰囲気や料理の工夫なども含めて楽しむためのお値段だと思います。店長・スタッフに脱帽&拍手です。 I visited around 17:30 on Sunday.
