前の県道へは西駐車場だと西向きにしか出られないですが、北駐車場は信号があるので、どちらでも出ることが可能。また西駐車場へ行ける一方通行の道路もあります。
It is north parking lot of culture zone. The number of cars that can be stopped is 80. There are vending machines and toilets nearby.
If you go to the previous prefectural road in the west parking lot, you can only go west, but the north parking lot has a signal, so you can go either way. There is also a one-way road to the west parking lot.
