★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒かったので、あたたかい焙じ茶を買いましたが、全然暖かくありません。全然飲む気になりませんでした。
購入するとき、ペットボトルが熱くはなかったのですが、
沢山陳列されている、どれを触ってみても同じ感じでした。
あたたか～い飲み物と表記して、あれはあり得ないのでは？
それから、お弁当サラダも買いましたが、車中で食べようとして、ガッカリ。おしぼりが入ってません。
街のコンビニでも、なにも言わなくても入れてくれることが多いのに、高速道路のサービスエリアにあるコンビニで、このサービス力のなさはダメだと思います。
殆どが一見の客だろうと思いますが、客は何を求めているのか察する必要があると思います。
街のコンビニで、こんなだと常連客からお叱りをいただくような商売ですね。

I also bought a lunch box salad, but I was disappointed when I tried to eat it in the car. There is no hand towel.
Even at convenience stores in the city, you can often enter without saying anything, but at convenience stores in the service area of the highway, I think that this lack of service power is useless.
I think most of them are customers at first glance, but I think they need to understand what they are looking for.
It's a business that gets scolded by regular customers at convenience stores in the city.
