・退去日は、一度決定すると変更出来ない。
・日当たりが悪い。
・上階の水音や椅子を引きずる音が聞こえるときがある
・低層階は、わずかに地下鉄の音が聞こえる

・駅やスーパーが近い
・間取りは使いやすい
・共用部の管理はきちんとされる

・ Please note that the move-out notice is set 2 months in advance. (No flexibility)
・ Once the move-out date is decided, it cannot be changed.

・ Sometimes you can hear the sound of water on the upper floors or the sound of dragging a chair.
