3	360 BSYTK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かわいい店内。手作り感たっぷりな調度品。机も椅子も味があり非日常感があるお店です。お店はご夫妻でされていて、ご主人は優しくてとても気さくで、奥様は竹を割ったようなスパっとした後腐れのないハッキリとした性格。仲良くなると家族のように大事にしてくれますが、調子に乗ると出禁になるかも（笑）ご主人が調理されて奥様がホール。分かる人しか分からない手間をとてもかけています。例えばガムシロップ。これも自家製。コアントローを少し入れてほのかな香りを付け、キャラメリゼして香ばしさをプラスした一手間が、まるで柔らかなハチミツを思わせる仕上がり。アイスティーに合うように作ったとご主人のお話。難点は席数が少ないこと。満席でも12名までなので、ランチは満席で座れないこともままあり、夜もちょっと人数が多いパーティは出来ません。なので予約した方が確実です。－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－夏に追記。 30°cを超える暑い日にはサービスでお手製のミニかき氷が出てきたりします♪ 冷製パスタは歯応えが絶妙な固さで出てきます！最初はカラダが冷えちゃうかな？と思いますがガーリックが効いててむしろ元気が出ます。アイスコーヒーはドリップしたコーヒーをシェイクして冷やすシェケラートというものの進化系で、エスプレッソのような泡が口当たりを柔らかくしてくれます。セットで出てくるパンも自家製でカリッとモチモチしててとても楽しい食感で美味しく頂けます。書いてる今(ランチ)も満席です。 Cute store interior. e	eit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺いました。アボカドとソイミートのドリアをランチセットでいただきました。サラダのクルトンは手作りされているんでしょうか？大きめでカリカリのところとトーストのような部分がありました。好みもあるでしょうけれどもわたしは好きです(違ったらすみません) アイスティーのシロップのお色に魅かれていつもは入れないのですが入れてみました、美味しかったです。メインのドリア！大きめにカットされたアボカドがゴロゴロ、器のふちのチーズとソースがグツグツ…見た目のインパクト◎でした。トマトの程よい酸味とアボカドのクリーミーさとトロトロのチーズが最高でした。ソイミート、初めていただきましたがほぼ肉です。お食事が美味しかったので追加でデザートを悩んでいたらスタッフさんがオススメをしてくださったのでティラミスをいただきました。最近多いトロトロ系ではなく、フォークでしっかり食べられるティラミス。コーヒーでひたひたになったスポンジと、しっかり目だけどなめらかなクリーム、間にフランボワーズが忍んでいたと思います。余談ですが、別卓でパスタとドリアを注文されていたお客様に、パスタだけ先に出すことも可能だったにも関わらず2つ同時にお食事を提供されていたところが、おふたり一緒に食事を楽しんでほしいという気持ちが見えてホスピタリティの高さが伺えました。また、いい香りに釣られたのか入り口の前に猫様が来店された際にも追い払うなどせずお食事を提供してあげる優しさも素敵でした。いただいたもの全て美味しく、良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。またお邪魔させていただきたく思います。ごちそうさまでした！ I visited for the first time.
