Also the coffee is super bitter (if that's your kinda thing, great! It's not mine.) I'm happy for the dog room, and the dog bowls for water which were prepared. All together, won't be coming back.

Having lived in Japan for over 5 years, I don't think I ever found a burger place that hits close to home as this one. Chili sauce isn't commonly found in Japan, so I was quite happy to see that chili cheese burger was on the menu. The burger came out hot (and I mean HOT), it was decently size (not Japan-sized), the buns tasted amazing, and the chili had actual plump red kidney beans instead of just ground meat. Now, there was a downside to all this. About 3-4 bites into the burger, I noticed that there was a burnt taste that filled my mouth that even slightly overpowered the chili. So I examined the burger and noticed that the patty was quite burnt on one side. We notified the server who immediately apologized to us and took away the entire plate (I had also already eaten about 1/4 of the fries and about half of the corn salad). About 10-15 minutes later, another server came out with a brand new plate and again apologized to me. I happily finished my meal and again met with the apologizing server at the cashier register when we paid for the meal. It would have been great had I not had burnt patty in my food in the first place, but mistakes happen, and the staff handled the situation very well. This place now has a SoCal girl as a happy customer who will visit again when she is homesick.

In addition to having a regular burger patty, it also had some curry flavored sauce and zuccini in it. Waiter was very friendly but during dinner rush hour he had to apologise for the long wait times for the food. Recommend.
