★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペット購入後のケアが手厚いです。購入後1週間はショップ側から電話をかけて下さり、お世話の仕方や悩みなどとても親身に相談に乗って下さいます。時々挨拶に伺いますが、何度行っても面倒がらず、とても可愛がってくれます。このショップでペットを迎えて良かったと本当に思います。

購入してから1ヶ月くらい状況を確認する電話で伝えましたが、特に何もなし。
犬が何より可哀想でしかたないです。未だに治らないし、購入される方は気を付けてください。

8月中旬頃ペットショップのほうにうかがいました。
店員が4名？ほどいましたが何もせず立った状態で大きい声での私語がかなり目立ちました。
ケース内を見るとうんちを片付けず放置していてそれを食べようとしているわんちゃんがいたので店員に知らせようか考えているとそれに気づいたのか1人の店員がケースを掃除しにきました。
その際、扉を開けた時にわんちゃんが立ってかまってほしいのか出たがったようなしぐさをしたのですがその店員は「やーめーて！」と強い口調で言い放ち手ではらっていました。
産まれて何ヶ月かしか経っていない小さな子犬に向けて放った言葉なので本当にわんちゃんや猫ちゃんを商品としかみていないんだろうなと見受けられ、腹ただしかったです。
あのような態度を見てしまうときちんとご飯やお世話をしてもらっているのかが疑わしいです。
何度かうかがった事がありますが毎回店員同士の私語がうるさい印象で、今回の動物に対する態度が悪い件もあり二度と行く事はありません。
