★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店を来店したら受付の人が店員さんとニヤニヤ話し込み中…お客様が見えても話に夢中で…声かけどころか二人の世界みたいでした。しばらく待っていましたが話は終わらない様子なのでお店を出ました。私もお客様相手なので今回の出来事は凄く残念なものをみた気がします。
受付にいるのにも関わらずお客様を無視できるそんな指導をドコモさんはしているのでしょうか？
 When I came to the store, the receptionist was grinning with the clerk ... I was crazy about talking even if I could see the customer ... It was like a world of two people. I waited for a while, but it seems that the story is not over, so I left the shop. Since I am also a customer, I feel that this event was very disappointing.
Does DoCoMo give such guidance that customers can be ignored even though they are at the reception?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンモール内に店舗が有るのは大変助かりますよね?以前は、某市内の店舗をマイ?ドコモショップに登録して?利用させて頂きましたが、やはり子供(小学校???低学年)が居ると時間調整が大変??でした。そんな思いをした方も多いと思いますが?
イオンモールの利用頻度が多い方はマイショップの変更も良いのでは(個人的思想)ないでしょうか?今回は家内の携帯の機種変更で伺い、とても満足いく説明等の対応をして頂きました?
予約制になって大変ですが、料金の見直し等、利用してみて下さい?

イオンモールの中にあるのにいつも予約が取れる(笑)なのに予約なしで行くと完全お断りみたいな態度で接してきてカウンター内でスタッフ同士談笑してるって終わってる?
