h	hagi yoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重度のアトピーで受診しました。とても良い先生です。 10年以上前に脱ステに成功し、その後何ともなく過ごしていたのですが、３か月ほど前から再発。ステロイドなしで頑張ってきたのですが、悪化の一途を辿り、リモートですら仕事ができず、意を決してステロイドに頼ろうと病院に行きました。問診で脱ステのことを話したせいか、ステロイドを使わない治療を中心に提案していただき、それぞれのメリット、デメリット、費用などを教えていただきました。日々、新しい情報を入れていらっしゃうようで、この薬は現在日本では認証されていないが来年認証される、などの情報も教えていただきました。結局、１週間ステロイドを使ってみて、その後、このままステロイド治療を進めるか、ステロイド以外の治療に切り替えるか、併用するか決めましょう、ということになりました。いくつかの薬剤にアレルギーがあることを言うと、顔と体それぞれ左右に違う薬を試し塗りし、刺激などがないか確かめてから処方してくださいました。また、１回で使う軟膏の量、塗り方も丁寧に指導していただきました。今までいくつかの病院にかかりましたが、ここまで親切丁寧に診てくれた先生は初めてです。待ち時間は長いですが、少なくともアトピーに関してはとても信頼のおける先生です。 I had a medical examination with severe atopy. a	animal Zoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年以上通院させて頂いてます。コロナ禍に久々に伺ったのですが、気になる点が。診察に関しては信頼してますが、このご時世なのにアルコール消毒１つも置いてなく、換気を意識的にしている様子も感じなく、常に混んでいる待合室も間をあけて座ってくださいというような注意書もありません。先生のマスクも鼻だし、そのマスク何日目つけてるんですかと言うような清潔感のないマスク。。病院の考え方なのか、節約なのか、コロナ対策をしている様子は私は感じられません。もう少しコロナ対策をされた方が良いと思います。 I have been going to the hospital for over 20 years.
