沖	沖武 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩市に引っ越してからハウスコム聖蹟桜ヶ丘店さんに2回お願いしていました。3回めもお願いしようと思いましたが連絡をいただくことができず、音信不通となってしまいました。 1,人気がありそうな物件で、公開と同時にご連絡が欲しいとお願いしていましたが連絡ナシ。 2,退去後に内覧をお願いしていた物件で、退去前日に連絡アリ。「翌日確認して連絡します」とご連絡いただいたものの、「別のお客を対応していたため確認できませんでした。また後日連絡します。」とご連絡いただいて早2週間。未だにご連絡いただけておりません。他の方のレビューでは良い対応があるとのことなので、お客によって対応を変えているようで、今回は残念な店員さんにあたってしまったと思うことにして諦めました。過去2回担当いただいた方はとても良い方で、様々相談にのっていただき、多くの物件を紹介していただいたので期待していたのですが、次からはちょっとお願いするのはやめておこうかと思います。別の方も書かれている通り、他にも良い不動産屋さんはたくさんあるので様々調べてから依頼するのが良いと思います。 After moving to Tama City, I asked Housecom Seiseki Sakuragaoka store twice.
