地元の不動産会社に電話した方が良いかと思い電話してみました。
簡単にこちらの条件を言い、条件に合うものがあれば連絡してもらえないか？と聞くと驚くような返答！どうせ提案したところで、条件が合わないのがほとんどなので、自分で阪南住宅のHPを見て、気に入ったのがあれば建築業者とかと一緒に現地を見てから、また、連絡してくださいとのこと。えっ？何のための不動産の営業担当？！どんだけめんどくさがりや？？呆れて笑ってしまいました。安心してください。二度と電話しませんから。
ちなみにその後、某大手不動産会社に電話したら
すぐに探してメールします！だって
いや、それが普通の不動産業だと思うけど。
阪南住宅の営業さん？なんか忙しかったんかな？
機嫌が悪かったんかな？
