コース料理を頼みましたが料理の出てくるタイミングも良く、女性従業員の対応もステキでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コウネの炙りは美味しかったですがお店の名物牡蠣の蒸し焼きが蒸しすぎで牡蠣も小さく舌触りも悪くとても専門でやっているお店ではない味でした。料理の出てくる時間かかり蒸したて、焼きたてのはずなのに冷たいくて熱々牡蠣も食べるって感じじゃなかったですね。広島県の売り牡蠣が台無しです、県外から来た方はがったりだと思います。

それだけならまだ許せるのですが、問題は店員の質です。キッチン内での店員同士の私語が多すぎる。
中にはスマホをいじっている者もいました。
客の目の前でよくそのような姿を見せれるなと思いました。
また料理もアルバイトの子に任していますが、その子も手順が分からず店長に聞いている。そんな素人が作った料理をこれから食べると思うと本当に腹立たしく、初めてお金を払いたくないと思ったお店です。
会計では注文していないメニューも含まれていました。ここのお店は自分から言わないとレシートくれないので注意です。
せっかく美味しい牡蠣を食べようと広島に来たのにとても残念です。

その後ペペロンチーノとアラビアータを注文しましたが、注文して5分経つ頃に、食材がないため作れないと伝えられた。
もともとピザとパスタの種類が少ないのに、逆に何おいてるの？と感じました。
先に出せない料理を教えてくれればいいのに、座って落ち着いてから色々といわれると騙された気分になった。
ロケーションがいいだけに、料理のバリエーションが少なくとても残念。
