モツ鍋はシンプルながら、モツの質、出汁ともに強いこだわりを感じる良店です。
シメは、ちゃんぽんからの雑炊でモツの油が染み込んだ出汁を最後までおいしくいただけます。
It's always open until the morning, so it's helpful when I'm late for work.
Motsunabe is a good restaurant that is simple but has a strong commitment to both the quality of the offal and the soup stock.
As for the shime, you can enjoy the soup stock soaked with offal oil by porridge from champon until the end.
