Best Local history museum in japan

r	ryama666 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡城は現在の長岡駅の近くに存在し、ここはお城風の郷土資料館ということですね。駐車場から小高い丘の上にあってお年寄りや足の不自由な人には不向きかと思います。展望台としては良いかもしれませんが、市内に歴史博物館や山本五十六記念館もありますのでこの施設に意味があるのかと思いました。 Nagaoka Castle is located near the current Nagaoka Station, and this is a castle-style local museum. It is located on a small hill from the parking lot and is not suitable for the elderly and people with disabilities. It may be a good observatory, but I wondered if this facility is meaningful because there is a history museum and the Isoroku Yamamoto Memorial Museum in the city.

J	Jessica Ing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting museum about Nagaoka and some of the famous people who were here. It's good to stroll around on a rainy day, you'll be nice and dry inside. On good days you can step out on the observatory at the top. There are English translations for some of the works. Cost for an adult is 300 yen. A child is 150 yen. This place is part of a stamp rally event in Nagaoka.
