担当になってくださったＳさんは、万が一 がんになってしまった場合、
どこにどのくらいお金がかかるのか(保険が必要なのか)、
また、両親の年齢を考慮して どこに重点を置いたらいいかを
ご自身の実体験を交え、とても分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
しゃべり方はとても穏やかで聞きやすい速度で、丁寧ですが丁寧すぎず
わかりやすい言葉でしゃべってくれるのでとても好感が持てました。
保険の金額を決める際にも、無理に高い商品を進めるわけではなく、
一つ一つ丁寧に言葉を説明してくださり、無駄だと思われるところは削り、本当に必要だと思われるところに保険を掛けることができたと思います。
今回は、両親にそれぞれ必要な保険を選んでくださったのと 保険会社側のシステムトラブルがあったため、４回伺いましたが、
Ｓさんだけでなく 他のスタッフさんも毎回 すごく感じ良く迎えて下さり、伺うのが楽しみになるほどです。
今度は 私の保険の見直しの為に 予約をさせていただく予定です。
