★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 係員のレベルが低い。初めての利用者に頭ごなしに声をかけないとわからない云々と文句を垂れる。そのような貼り紙は見当たらなかったので、もしも声をかける必要があるなら初めての人にもわかるように掲示すべき。そもそも仕事中に利用客が来たことも気づかないような注意力散漫なスタッフを雇うべきではない。ちなみにその老人スタッフは私が入った時は寝ていた。言い方も、あたかも利用者に落ち度があるような言い方だったのがさらに腹立たしい。いくら公営でももう少しまともな人を雇ったほうが良い。
 The level of staff is low. I complain that I can't understand unless I talk to the first user without thinking. I couldn't find such a sticker, so if you need to speak to me, you should post it so that even the first person can understand it. In the first place, you shouldn't hire distracted staff who don't even notice that a customer has arrived during work. By the way, the old staff was sleeping when I entered. It's even more annoying to say that it was as if the user had a fault. No matter how publicly owned, it is better to hire a little more decent person.
