It's not crowded like other parks and it has public toilets and spacious parking lot. Best Valentines Day celebration I had ❤?

If my memory is correct need to buy tickets to enter to this location. Please don’t throw any garbage or litter to anywhere in the park. You can enjoy gathering here with your friends..

Around the pond is a footpath that you can walk around and enjoy the view of the birds and on a clear day you can see mount Tsukuba which isn't so far away. It's a fairly local park so it's not that crowded and is nice for a casual stroll around if you're in the area.
