★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店でしたが なかなか行けずにいて、ようやく行く事が叶いました。
ランチタイムに行ったのですが、ママさん1人で接客・調理・配膳・片付けをやっていて注文してから配膳まで少々お時間が掛かるかもです。。。
でも、料理はとても美味しかったですよ❗
男性は、ライス大盛りにしないと足りないかもですね。。。?

店内には誰も居なく、一番乗りでお喋りしながら待っていました。
どんどん人が来るので、美味しいと期待して待っていましたが、なかなか来ず…
一人で切り盛りしてるので仕方ないかなと思って待ってました。
30分以上待って来たローストビーフ丼！
一口食べるとご飯が冷めていて…
温かいものはお味噌汁のみ…正直あまり美味しいと感じなかったです?
場所も入りづらいところなので、多分もう行かないかな?

それとカキフライがおすすめだったので注文。
本当に美味かった！
カキフライも絶品なのだが一緒に付いているタルタルソースがこれまた絶品！
本当、良い店です

生姜焼き定食
味付けは、かなり濃いめ（しょっぱい）
お味噌汁も、濃いめ。
店内は、居心地良く落ち着いている。

ようやく入店。
噂通り、迷店でした。
1度行ってしまうと大丈夫かな？
ご主人1人のワンオペなので
今回はツレと同じ
｢ローストビーフ丼｣を発注。
テーブル席と小上がりかと思ったら
掘りごたつでした。
ウッディな雰囲気でオシャレです。
次々とお客さんが来て発注しているが
たんたんと調理をこなしている感じです。
少しお客さんも気を使ってあげましょう！
待つこと数分
着丼です。
私はご飯多めにと伝えたので少しご飯ご多いです。普通と比べて3割増程度でしょうか、丁度いいです。
味はすでにタレがかかっています。
和風醤油味でしょうか、いいです。
ローストビーフは薄めですがやや硬め
噛みごたえがある感じ。卵の黄身が程よくまったり感を出してます。
食べ進めるうちに、少し味を足したいなあと思ったのだが、テーブルには調味料が無いので必要であれば店主に声をかけることになる(迷惑かな？初めに言うべきかな？)。
しかし程なく完食。
量は丁度いいですね?
全体に、綺麗で落ち着けて
良いお店です。
☆3つは、期待の割に普通でした。

Roast beef is thin but slightly hard
It feels chewy. The egg yolks are moderately relaxed.
As I continued to eat, I thought I wanted to add some flavor, but since there is no seasoning on the table, I would call the owner if necessary (is it annoying? Should I say it first?).
However, it was soon completed.
The amount is just right ?
Overall, clean and calm
