★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は最高、接客最低。ランチに二人で訪問しましたが、ランチセットを頼んでメモが終わり、定員が戻りかけたところでお酒も頼もうとするとため息を疲れ嫌な予感。ランチの片方を大盛で頼んだのですが、注文と逆に届き、違いますというと、いえこういう注文でした!と言いいなくなる始末。作り直しますどころか謝罪の一言もない。奥からシェフが出てきましたが、悪いのは彼ではないのに。
他のお客さんのお皿も早く帰れと言わんばかりに下げていく。客が少なくなり余裕ができて、グラスの水がなくなってても気づきもしない。
注文は復唱しない、過ちも認めず謝罪もできない。こんなひどい接客久しぶりに受けました。ランチは安いから人気なのかもしれませんが、夜くつろぎたい方にはおすすめしません。料理は最高だっただけに本当に残念です。
 The food is the best and the customer service is the worst. We visited for lunch together, but when we asked for a lunch set and finished the memo, and when the capacity was about to return, we were tired of sighing and felt unpleasant when trying to order alcohol. I ordered one of the lunches in a big way, but it arrived in the opposite direction to the order, and if it was different, it was such an order! Far from recreating it, there is no word of apology. A chef came out from the back, but he wasn't the one who was bad.
Other customers' plates will be lowered as soon as they are told to go home. There are fewer customers and I can afford it, and I don't even notice when the water in the glass runs out.
I can't repeat the order, I can't admit any mistakes, and I can't apologize. I received such a terrible customer service for the first time in a long time. Lunch may be popular because it's cheap, but it's not recommended for those who want to relax at night. It's really disappointing because the food was great.

今日も牡蠣のパスタ目当てでランチに伺いましたが、今日の牡蠣のパスタは牡蠣と春菊、何と生姜仕立てのトマトソースでした✨オッティらしい普通のイタリアンでは考えられない組み合わせ❗️これは食べないわけにはいかないと注文?意外な組合せでしたが、不思議と和とイタリアンがうまく調和して新しい味に満足❗️またクリームソースも今シーズン最後に出るらしいので食べ納めに来ます✨

接客は気にはならない。今時の若い子だから仕方ない。
ただ、常連客はテーブル席で…人がいない時も常にカウンターに案内される。
ランチはお手頃な値段。
ゴルゴンゾーラチーズのアイス等がある。
次回食べてみたい。
I found a delicious Italian food for the first time in a long time.
I don't care about customer service. I can't help it because I'm a young child nowadays.
However, regular customers are seated at the table ... Even when there are no people, they are always guided to the counter.
Lunch is reasonably priced.
There are ice cream of Gorgonzola cheese.

前菜も、オリーブオイルを付けて頂くフォカッチャも美味しかったです。
パスタは、食べてから気付きました。
生パスタを使用されているんですね。（自家製？）独特なモチモチした食感で、ソースも美味しかったです。
