(高松だと、どうしても塩分強めの料理を出すお店が多いので…)
そして、よかったのが、ピッツァと、ピスタチオのジェラート！
クワトロフォルマッジのようなチーズのピッツァはよく食べてるつもりなのですが、一口食べた瞬間「いつものチーズじゃない！」と友達と感動しました！
そして、ブロンテ産のピスタチオを使ったジェラートは、ナッツの香ばしさと濃厚さがあり、
ピスタチオのジェラートってこんなに美味しかったっけ？と思ってしまいました♪
また、変わった日本酒とワインを置いているのも、こだわりを感じて良かったです♪
そして予約の際の応対もとても親切でした。
実際お会いしても、とても感じが良くて、
気持ちよくディナーができました♪
今一番好きな、高松のイタリアンの店です。

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Takamatsu.
