まったく臭みも無く、肉厚。食べて『甘い』と感じたのは初めてです。是非一度食べて欲しいです。
予約制なので、電話で問い合わせしてから行ってみてください。
The carp sashimi is the best.
There is no odor at all and it is thick. This is the first time I have eaten and felt "sweet". I definitely want you to eat it once.

都内にもかかわらず、届いた生鯉は、とにかく新鮮で、安心して購入しています。
あと、悪い書き込みがありましたが、郡山市に問い合わせた結果、事実無根だそうです。（郡山市による正式な調査結果を文書で頂きました。※写真参照）一生懸命、本物の鯉の味を知って欲しいと努力されている人々をありもしない風評で傷つける事はおやめください。
廣瀬さんの鯉は郡山市お墨付きの、とても美味しい鯉ですよー！??✨
I purchase it every Christmas and New Year.
Despite being in Tokyo, the raw carp that arrived is just fresh and I buy it with confidence.
Also, there was a bad post, but as a result of inquiring Koriyama City, it seems that it is actually rootless. (We received the official survey result by Koriyama City in writing. *See the photo.)
Hirose's carp is a very delicious carp certified by Koriyama City! ??✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廣瀬さんの鯉は素晴らしい身質です。泥臭さは一切なく、あらいにして酢味噌をつけないでそのまま食べると、甘味を感じます。
実は、千葉県松戸で軍次家と言う鰻屋を営んで直送していただいています。12月～3月までこの鯉を提供していますが鯉こく･あらいが大変好評です。
本当に廣瀬さんの鯉は最高です。
Hirose's carp is a wonderful quality. I do not have any muddy feeling, I smell sweetly when I eat it as it is without turning on rice vinegar.
Actually, we operate an eel restaurant called Military house in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, and send it directly. Although this carp is offered from December to March, Koopuku · rough is very popular.
Really Hirose 's carp is the best.
