Duas experiências com a mesma funcionária, nunca mais se tiver que ir para Totori fechar eu vou mas na loja física de Izumo nunca mais. Bad experience, bad service to foreigners (I have Japanese citizenship), they don't insist on signing a contract, indifference, I'll never come back and I don't recommend it.
