★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホの料金を見直すためにノジマさんに行きました。予約もしていなかったのですが、直ぐに対応してくれました。現行の解約も携帯からやってくれ、スムーズに切換が出来ました。夕方の4時過ぎに来店し、5時前には手続きが完了しました。親切な対応で助かりました。妻の携帯も切換をお願いしようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は お買い物はせずに商品を見てパンフレットをもらってくるだけ！と、思ってノジマさんに向かいました。
ネットで検索していた いくつかの商品 実物を見て ちょっとお試し‥‥。
さて パンフレット？？？
残念なことに 欲しかったパンフレットは品切れで スタッフの方に聞いたところ
やはり パンフレットは現在は無いと言う事でしたが ネットで検索し商品の公式サイトから商品情報を何枚もコピーして下さいました。
親切で とても丁寧な接客に 今回は購入する予定ではなかった商品を 即購入！
とても良いスタッフの方と 気に入った商品に出会えて良かったです。ありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が、雨風防げる店の下なので、便利です！そんなに混まないし店内もキレイだししつこい店員さんもいません。聞けば誠心誠意答えてくれ距離感が好きです。
お手洗いに手を拭くペーパーは設置してほしいです。普通にあると思うと無いので困りました。
It's convenient because the parking lot is under the store where you can prevent rain and wind! It's not so crowded, the inside of the store is clean, and there are no persistent clerk. If you ask me, please answer sincerely. I like the sense of distance.
I would like you to install a paper that wipes your hands in the bathroom. I was in trouble because I didn't think it was normal.

ドコモユーザーには、ノジマポイント＋ドコモポイントも貯まるし、ｄカードもあれば提示額からさらに割引もあるので、ネットで買うよりもお得な事が多いです。
担当の方もこちらの要望などを聞いた上で、良いものは良い、悪いものはお勧めしないと明確なアドバイスが貰えるので、安心して選ぶ事ができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheapest electronic store in Gotemba. Have bought multiple house hold appliances from here. The staff will price match if you ask. I do not think there are English speakers so either speak Japanese, bring someone who can speak Japanese or use Google translate
