急ぎの引っ越しを控えており、
契約書まで記入、提出しましたが、
帰宅後にお金の審査ではなく、
オーナー様都合により
契約できなくなりましたと告げられました。
最初からオーナー様に確認していれば
起きなかったことです。
店長レベルでこの仕事しか出来ないということは、店舗自体のレベルが分かりました。
または、オーナー様都合は嘘なのではないかと思っております。(高いお金を払ってネット掲載する必要がない為)
不動産仲介業を豊島区、文京区付近で御検討中の方は星の数ほどありますので、他社でのご検討をおすすめ致します。
Googlemapでは他の方の評価もあまりに高い為、多少操作入れている可能性あると思います。
そんな会社に数十万、数百万の振り込みが出来ますか？

Since other people's evaluations are too high on Googlemap, I think that there is a possibility that some operations have been put in.

飛び込みで入り青木店長に対応していただきましたが、希望を親身になって色々聞いてくださりました。
内見するお部屋が多く数時間かかりましたが、それでも笑顔で対応していただきとても有難かったです。
お陰様で良い部屋が見つかり、とても感謝しております。
次回引っ越す際もこちらの店舗を利用させてもらおうと思います。
