愛着のあるトートバッグでしたのでとても感謝しています。
店員さん(オーナーさん？)の愛想も良く、靴の修理や合鍵も扱っていますのでこれからも利用させていただきます。
 Since the handle (genuine leather) of the business tote bag was damaged, I asked for replacement, and I kindly accepted small requests such as adjusting the handle length, and finished it nicely and politely.
I am very thankful for this tote bag because I have a strong attachment to it.
The clerk (owner?) has a good sense of affairs, and we also handle shoe repairs and duplicate keys, so I will continue to use it.
