れ	れれ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパービューティーでとても評価がよく、どの口コミも星5か4だったので、ホットペッパービューティーで予約して伺いました。ヘアカラーはオレンジでお願いします。と伝えたのですが、何故か色を入れ終わって流し終わってから、赤も似合いそうだったので混ぜときましたと言われ、鏡を見るとほぼ赤でした。その次の日会う人会う人に赤に染めたんだと言われるぐらいの赤でした。髪型も反対だけ綺麗にレイヤーが入っていたのですが、もう反対ははっていませんでした。たまたま当たったのが、歴が短い美容師の方だったので、中傷など無しでホットペッパービューティーの口コミに希望したカラーと違ったのと、他の色を入れるなら、染める前に一度伝えていただきたかったです。と書き込んだところ、書き込んだ2日後ぐらいに、ホットペッパービューティーからご来店がキャンセルになりました。とメールが来ました。(美容院に伺った当日はご来店ありがとうございました。とのメールが入っていました) 加算予定だった230ポイントも来店キャンセルにされている為加算されず、流石に酷いと思い美容院に電話したところ、ホットペッパービューティーに問い合わせて、再度連絡するとの事で話は終わりましたが、1週間経っても連絡がこなかったので、ホットペッパービューティーに問い合わせたところ、すぐに対応してくださりました。口コミは美容室側で消去出来ない為、悪い評価の口コミを来店キャンセルにし、反映させないようにしているみたいですね(^-^; なかなかやり手な美容室でした。 Hot Pepper Beauty was very well received, and all the reviews were 5 or 4 stars, so I made a reservation with Hot Pepper Beauty.
