★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い！！デジタルパーマ失敗されてチリチリになり誤魔化すために濡れたまま帰らされました。あまりにも傷んでたので他の美容室で2回に分けて修正してもらいました。他の美容室の方もビックリされて気の毒がられました。他のサイトでお店に苦情の口コミをした所、お手入れの仕方のアドバイスをするのでお店に連絡をしてくるように。との返信。何のためのカルテやアンケートを書かせて連絡先も書いたのか。誰かわかってるのにお店から連絡するべきだと思います。それに、帰りにトイレに行ってる間に勝手にロッカーからバッグを出されて出入口のソファーに置かれてました。他の人もいるのに取られたらどうするつもりだったのでしょうか？トイレの中から何か聞こえたのでまさかと思い見てみると、ポンとバッグが置かれてました。お財布も入っているのに無神経すぎます！！
一生二度と行きません！こんな酷い対応の美容室は初めてです。時間もお金も返して欲しいです。

People in other beauty salons were also surprised and felt sorry. If you have a complaint with a shop on another site, please contact the shop for advice on how to clean it. Reply with. What did you write a chart or questionnaire for, and also a contact? I think that you should contact from the store even if you know someone. Besides, while I was going to the bathroom on my way home, I was taken out of the locker and put it on the sofa at the entrance. What were you going to do if somebody else took you? I heard something from inside the toilet, so I thought it was a pong and a bag. It is too nervous to have your wallet in it! !
I will never go there! It is the first time such a terrible hairdresser. I want both time and money to return.

担当の方がゴールを見据えられていない中ただ髪の毛を切るだけという作業に。カウンセリングもどうなりたいか？ではなくどこまで切るか？のみ。
美容院へは現状を良くしたいという希望を持って行くのに期待には程遠い出来でした。
また、コロナ禍の中で今時紙の雑誌が席に置きっぱなしになっている事も残念ポイントでした。
（しかも全く興味のない雑誌ばかり）
あまりにも満足出来ない仕上がりだったのですぐに他の店で切り直してもらいました。
残念ですがレベル低すぎ。二度と行きません。

The finish was so unsatisfactory that I immediately had it re-cut at another store.
