上の階の水漏れ被害にあって損害を請求しましたが、生活も出来ないのに数ヶ月経過した現在も保険金を受け取り出来ていません。 何度か保険会社に連絡しましたが返事しますと言い、連絡無しです。この保険会社は原価償却、減額しての支払いのようです。被害にあった物品を新しく購入する事は不可能でした。 民間の他の保険会社をお勧めします。

こちらは急を要しているのに電話が繋がらない。 繋がっても担当者が非常に上から目線でまともに対応してくれず非常に不安になった。 やっと手配してくれた調査会社の方は非常に迅速丁寧な方だったのが救いでしたが、その方の行動を無駄にするような報告書の確認をせず、嘘をついてとぼけられ、そこを追求すると態度が一変しやっと「普通」に手続きを進めてくれるようになりました。 ですが細かい説明が全然無く、届く書類は不備や誤字だらけ、ひとつ進める度にその都度電話して確認しないと駄目状態で、保険金が振り込まれるまではホント気の休まらない日々でした。

自分達で素直に仰ってますが、保証範囲が非常に狭いです。 賃貸入居の際に加入が(事実上の)条件とされて所もあるかと思いますが、どうせまず払われない保険なので一番安いのをかけて一月後解約でも問題ないと思います。(不動産業者も代理店手数料が欲しいだけなので、気にすることもありますまい)

I think that there are some places where enrollment is a (de facto) condition when moving in for rent, but since it is an insurance that is not paid anyway, I think that it is okay to cancel after a month with the cheapest insurance. (Real estate agents only want agency commissions, so don't worry about it.)

最初のオペレーターの人は女性で優しく対応して頂きました。しかし、その後の折り返しの人は中年男性か、より上の年代の方でした。最悪です。上から目線でこちらは確認のために「~てことですか?」と言っているだけなのに「だから何回も言ってますけど!」と同じことを繰り返し言うだけで分かりやすく説明しようとする気がみられない。何回も言うなら言い方を変えるなど対応が必要ではないかと考えるが。最後も「色々(説明)ありがとうございました。」とこちらが言うと、「はい、じゃあよろしく」と言い、「失礼致します。」と電話を切ろうと思うと、向こうからガチャ切りでこの人は敬語もマナーを使えないのかと。このような人が会社では役職持ちが多いことが残念でならない。まだ若い人の方が敬語使えるわ。

最悪ですね。 20年9月末に退去してから休みの度に、解約受付センター、相談窓口に電話かけてますがこの3月まで繋がったことが1度もありません。 ずっと混みあってます、って10分以上繋げても繋がらないほど人手も足らず対応に追われているなんてことあるんですね。 まして12月からの更新手続きの支払い請求までやってきました、9月末に退去済なのに。 契約させた管理会社もそうですが、こちらも他の方の口コミを見る限り最低レベルで類は友を呼んでるんですね。

みなさんの評価通りの最低な電話対応(笑) 電話かかってきたけど出られなくてかけ直したら、繋がるまで6分。やっと繋がったのにお待たせしましたーも無し。結局担当から折り返すといわれて更にイライラ… かかって来るまでにどれくらいかかりますか?と聞くと担当の検索に5分~10分かかる(笑)と。仕事できないおばさん。 結局その電話切って40分ほど待つも連絡こず。 イライラしてまた電話したらすぐ繋がり、今度は腰の低いお姉さんが対応してくれたが、30秒程保留にされ待つと担当もすぐ分かり、その電話をきって5分以内には担当から電話来ました。 あのおばさん、絶対担当検索も伝達もしてないのだろう。保険に関してはこれから対応してもらう為、下りるかは不明です( .. )
