y	yu- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟県の長岡駅の目の前にある老舗居酒屋。よく長岡には行くのだがいつも混んでるがさすがにコロナで空いていた。海鮮中心に郷土料理などが食べられる。海鮮系中心に諸々注文。名前の通りやはり海鮮が美味しい。しかも安い。塩も越後の塩で天ぷらなどとよく合う。個人的に美味しかったのは鬼殺し。佐渡の鬼殺しらしく、超大辛口の文言に惹かれて注文。鬼殺しと言えばコンビニにある若い時によくお世話になるやつのイメージだったが、こちらはスッキリした味わいの清酒とは思えないうまさ。これは一飲の価値ありです。 A long-established izakaya in front of Nagaoka Station in Niigata Prefecture. 土	土田知 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刺身&地酒これは長岡街中一のレベルです。首都圏の出張には最高のお店です。料金は安くはない高くもない刺身と日本酒好きにはたまらないお店です。コロナ禍でーなかなか来れなかったですがー 11月9日来ました。（笑）相変わらず刺身や魚の揚げ物は居酒屋レベルを超えてます。とりあえず目玉の「カツオたたき」 219円鮃エンガワと生真イカは絶品。イカは肝付きやっぱり、魚介類はここですねーフリーWi-Fiも大丈夫ですよ。但しーコロナ以前のフルメニューには戻っていません。１月27日佐渡て寒鰤てはなくてー寒サ鯖が大漁。って事で寄道。脂の乗りが絶妙な浅〆の鯖は絶品。〆鯖を初めてお代わりしました。〆はーこれも新潟県産のカスベの唐揚げ。これはレベルが高すぎて笑ってしまう。柔らかくなった軟骨とまわりのゼラチン質が美味すぎる。この二品は東京で食べたら？高いと思いますよーお通しもー地物のギンバソウ。３月29日魚好きには嬉しいメニュー多し。 ○赤貝刺し身 →この彩は最高！ ○アンコウ唐揚 →冬の名残り ○真鯛兜煮 →ほど良い脂、しゃぶりまくりました。全て新潟地物。満足できました。
