 The phoenix sashimi was disappointing because the ice was noticeable on the bowl. Even with all-you-can-drink, Fluctuation Sotenbo asks for 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒を頂きました。40000円でした。不味いし、外でタバコを吸わせてマナーがかなり悪い。路上喫煙だ。長岡市を滅茶苦茶にしている。最低の店だ。店長や店員は、マスクもしないで、外で大声で、叫んだり、客引きをしている。
I had sake. It was 40,000 yen. It tastes bad and the manners are pretty bad because I smoke outside. Smoking on the street. Nagaoka city is messed up. The worst store. The store manager and the clerk don't even wear masks, and they shout out loud and bargain outside.

刺身盛り合わせ食べきれなくて最後は残った刺身がもったいなくてバター炒めしてもらいました！
飲み放題も300円払って会員になれば1000円で飲み放題。
飲み放題メニューもビール、ワイン、焼酎、カクテル、ハイボール、日本酒、種類多いです。
〆に食べた長浜ラーメンみたいな豚骨ラーメンがおいしい。
It's an izakaya that I happened to want to eat sashimi.
Assorted sashimi I couldn't eat it, and at the end I had to stir-fry the remaining sashimi with butter!
All-you-can-drink is also all-you-can-drink for 1000 yen if you pay 300 yen and become a member.
There are many all-you-can-drink menus such as beer, wine, shochu, cocktails, highballs, and sake.
The pork bone ramen like Nagahama ramen that I ate at the end is delicious.
