普通の中華そば、いやいや！
素朴ながらもやみつき必至、あなどれないうまさ(笑)
一人で切り盛りされているので、混んでる時は少し待つことも。
サラッとラーメン食べたくなった方、オススメで〜す(*´∇｀*)

チャーシュー麺をたべました。煮干スープばかりの塩っ辛いラーメンが多い中、本当においしい鶏ガラスープ。全部飲めました。
I went to Takamasu Onsen and went to Takamasu Shokudo.
I ate char siu noodles. While there are many salty ramen made from dried sardines, this is a really delicious chicken soup. I was able to drink everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高増地区に昔からある食堂。今の店になってからも20年近くたったと思うが、かつての建物で爺さんと婆さんがやってたころは本当に美味かった。今は娘さんか嫁さんがやってる。それなりに美味いが先代とは違うタイプの味になった。今回は味噌ラーメンにしたが、やはり私はラーメン一択。
近くに勢いがある店があるため負けずに頑張って欲しい。
