★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、西区木場地区にある新潟市文化材センターの旧武田家住宅は、以前この地にあって、黒埼常民文化資料館として公開されていました。
今は無料の入館料は、移設前の当時は有料でした。
入館料にピッタリの硬貨の持ち合わせがなく、館員から紙幣に対する釣り銭も無しとして、入館できなかったことは、今となれば良き思い出です。
The former Takeda family residence of the Niigata City Cultural Center in the Kiba district of Nishi-ku was in this place before and was now open as the Kurosaki Permanent Culture Museum.
The free admission fee was paid before that time.
It is a good memory if you can not enter as there is no perfect coin for entrance fee, and there is no change for bill from a staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県の史跡なのにひっそりとしてて、いまいちなんの史跡なのかも良くわからなくて、新潟県って観光アピール下手だなって感じます。
昭和27年(1952)、緒立八幡宮社殿脇から1個の壷形土器が発見されました。このことがきっかけとなり、緒立遺跡の存在が知られるようになりました。
緒立遺跡は、縄文時代から中世に至る複合遺跡で、それぞれ繁栄の様子を見せています。
出土した土器の大半は東北地方南部の系統で、縄文が施され、文様の基本も縄文晩期のものと共通していたため、当初は「縄文晩期の土器」とされましたが、その後の研究で弥生前期の土器と考えられるようになりました。昭和27年、昭和32年(1957)、昭和33年(1958)の調査で出土した土器が「緒立土器 一括」として市の指定文化財となっています。
古墳時代前期の葺き石を伴う円墳は発掘で確認されているものとしては蒲原平野唯一であり、権力者の存在を想像させます。また、奈良～平安時代については、大型倉庫と思われる掘立柱建物・井戸などの遺構や、サイコロ、瓦塔、和同開珎、祭祀具（人面墨書土器、木製品）などの遺物の発見によって、官衙的性格をもった遺跡と推定され、800m東方の的場遺跡との関係が指摘されています。

In 1952, a pot-shaped earthenware was discovered from the side of the Odachi Hachimangu Shrine. This was a catalyst for the existence of the Otari ruins.
The Otaru Site is a complex site from the Jomon period to the Middle Ages, and shows the prosperity of each.
Most of the excavated earthenware was from the southern Tohoku region, and the Jomon pattern was applied to it, and the basics of the pattern were the same as those in the late Jomon period. It is now considered to be a pottery from the early Yayoi period. The earthenware excavated in the surveys of 1957 and 1958 in 1952 is a designated cultural property of the city as "Otate earthenware lump".
The burial mound with thatched stones from the early Kofun period is the only one in the Kambara plain that has been confirmed by excavation, and it makes us imagine the existence of power. In the Nara-Heian period, the discovery of relics such as digging pillar buildings and wells, which are thought to be large warehouses, and relics such as dice, tile towers, Wado Kai, rituals (personal ink and pottery, wooden products), etc. It is presumed that the archaeological site has a personality, and it has been pointed out that it has a relationship with the Matoba site 800 meters east.

遺跡だけではなく緒立八幡宮のほうまでぐるりと回ると黒鳥兵衛とか八幡山七不思議など興味深いものも。
As there is park parking lot, we can visit by car and observe slowly.
Not only the ruins but also the interesting things such as the black bird troop or the Hachimansan Seven Wonders when turning around to the Odate Hachimangu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺跡とありますが、公園の広場の片隅に石碑と土器のモニュメント、説明板が設置してあるだけです。遺跡散策よりは、公園として訪れても広場しかありませんね。
