40代の私が体力的についていけるか不安でしたが、問題なく楽しめました。
息子と旦那は次はチャレンジコースをやりたいと言っています。
 I participated in a small 4 son and a couple.
I was worried that I could keep up with my physical fitness, but I enjoyed it without any problems.
My son and my husband say that I want to do a challenge course next time.

I was able to enjoy an exciting experience with peace of mind and comfort. It was a traditional club, and under the guidance of our experienced staff, we had a systematic and lean flow, and we had a really pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初のシャワークライミングでしたが大変楽しい時間を過ごせました。前日の16時ぐらいに予約しましたが空いていれば受け入れてもらえる感じでした。全身運動でだいぶ疲れますが爽快感に勝るものはないです。小学生3年生120cm位でも問題なく楽しめました！予定していた時間より少し早めに上がりましたが家族全員の感じだとちょうど良かったです！
It was my first shower climbing, but I had a very good time. I made a reservation around 16:00 the day before, but it felt like it would be accepted if it was available. I get tired from whole body exercise, but nothing beats the exhilaration. I enjoyed it even in the third grade of elementary school, about 120 cm! I got up a little earlier than I had planned, but it was just right for the whole family to feel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little valley for all level skiers. 4 short and fast runs and a park to the left hand side for boarders. The chair lift can sometimes get quite a line as it is one of the slower double chairs at the resort. But worth the wait if you want to avoid the crowds on the home run

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing ski resort for all levels. Intermediate can go off piste with all the fresh powder that falls constantly. The slopes are well maintained and safely signed all the way down.
