沢へ車て向かう途中、
車がパンクしたりなど
ハプニングもありましが、
沢上りも下りも、久々に体をめちゃ動かして楽しめました。飛び込みもビビビビリながらも、なんとかできました。
同じ組でまわった方々とも、一体感がうまれ、楽しい体験ができました。
また、やりたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台風が過ぎ去って2日後にシャワークライミングしました。水量も多かった一方でそれほど危険なとこもなく、初心者でも楽しめます。ウェットスーツやブーツなど一式貸してくれるので、水着と着替えあればできました。
