★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形外科の医師が人当たり良く、診断が的確。しっかりと話も聞いてアドバイスしてくれます。だから、すごい人気。２～３時間待ちは当たり前。予約もほぼ取れない。１ヶ月先の予約でギリギリ取れるか取れないかといった具合。でも、他院に浮気しても戻ってきてしまう魅力はあります。スギ薬局の２階なので多少は暇潰しできます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両手首が痺れてるので原因が何か診察して貰おうと
思い初めて受診しにいきました。
受付の方が労災か否か？と聞いてくるので私は判断出来ないけど
両手首が痺れてるから診察して貰いに来ました。と説明したのですが
労災か否かハッキリして貰わないと困る、途中で労災請求か健康保険？請求か変更出来ない。
と言われました。しかし私からすると両手首が痺れてる原因が解らない
から診断して貰ってからじゃないと原因が解らないから労災かどうかなんてこの場合判断付かないと言っても解って頂けませんでした。
※例えば腱鞘炎と診断が付けば痺れてるのは腱鞘炎が原因として
入力業務とかが原因 と判断できる。
原因が解らないと何故手が痺れてるのか私には判断できない。
じゃあ労災かどうか判断する為に労基署に行けば私の場合労災かどうか解るんですか？と聞いたら労災かどうか決めるのは会社です
と言うので、いや会社は労災申請は出来るかもしれないが労災認定するのは労基署じゃないんですか？と聞いたら話がゴチャゴチャになって来たのでもう今日は帰ります。と言ってその場は帰りました。
今日労働保険ダイヤルで事情を説明して聞いたら途中で変更が出来ない
事は無い（私の手間になるかもしれないとの事でしたが）し労災かどうかを認定するのは労働基準監督署ですよ と教えて貰いました。
受付時点で帰ってしまったので肝心の診察は解らないですが
受付はもう少し来院者の話を聞いて欲しいです。

これだけ酷評されてるのになおすつもりがないことにびっくりです。
初診でかかって、待ち時間がどれ位かも知らされず。
先生の評判が良さそうだったので伺いましたが、2度目はないかなと。

基本的に最低2時間コース(予約有無含めて)
ただし、診察は丁寧で的確だと思います。

予約しても早くてその1時間後と考えて良いです。これだけ予約制度が機能していないにも関わらず、患者が多数来るので予約制度を見直すことは一生ないでしょう。
夕方からだと駐車場もほぼ埋まっているので停めれないと思っていてください。

時間を無駄にしたくない方は他の病院をオススメします。
11時半に皮膚科を予約して来院し、どれくらいかかるか受付で確認したところ待ちはないのですぐ案内できるとのこと。
しかし、そこから1時間待てど案内されず、再度受付に確認したところ今８番目まで来てるのであと30分待ってくださいと言われました・・・
予定があったので結局ただ1時間無駄にしただけで帰るはめに・・・
この病院では予約という概念が無いみたいです。
口コミをみると２年前から同じ状況で、改善の予定もないみたいなので患者ファーストの病院ではないでしょう・・・・
医師としての腕はみる余地もありませんでしたが、
・予約システムの破綻
・患者が溢れて廊下で待たせる状態
・受付と医師のコミュニケーション不足
・口コミの指摘を改善する気のない経営体制
をみると治療以前に４流以下の病院と判断しました。
私は一生通うことはありませんし、
もし口コミを確認されたら他の病院を利用することをオススメします。

予約システムが完全に破綻してます。
リハビリの予約の取り方もお粗末そのもの
電気治療、腰の牽引、マッサージの1セットで最低30分必要なのに診察予約時間の
15分前に予約された挙げ句、リハビリ＋診察で2時間もかかりました。
おまけにリハビリで無理な姿勢をとらされて患部が余計に痛くなり帰りは足を引きずりながら帰りました。
再度、総合病院の整形外科で他の整形外科クリニックへ紹介状とCT、レントゲン画像の
CD-ROMを用意して
もらったので転院する予定です。

11月25日に他の整形外科クリニックに転院しました
予約なしで行ったところ診察＋リハビリで1時間ぐらいで終わりました
おおたに整形外科皮フ科の患者さんは高齢者が多くリハビリをマッサージ屋みたいに利用してる人が多くて余計時間がかかると思います。
中には中待合室でペチャクチャ元気に話をしてるおばさんがいてどこが悪いのかと聞きたくなるような人もいます
