匿	匿名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国松工務店で二世帯住宅のZEH注文住宅（ベタ基礎・耐震等級3・オール電化・太陽光）を建てました。高気密高断熱（LIXILのスーパーウォール）という質の高い建物が完成して本当に良かったと思っています。ハウスメーカーや工務店など10社以上見積もりしましたが、注文住宅は単純に金額だけでは比較できないところもあると学びました。最終的に国松工務店を選んだ理由は、以下の3点。・予算内で自分たちのコンセプトにマッチングした施工を行ってくれる・商売上ということだけでなく、社長自身家を建てることが好きなことやプロとしてのこだわりが伝わってくる・見積もり段階で時間をかけてヒアリングしてくれるので、施工後にあれこれと追加で上乗せする金額が必要になることが少ないただでさえ、知らないことが多く悩みがちな注文住宅ですが、コロナ禍真っ最中の建築となってしまったため、正直さまざまな不安はありました。しかし、山岸社長には不安にならないようなたくさんのご配慮をいただき感謝しております。 Zoomを利用して面談したり、YouTubeにも住宅の解説などを投稿したりするなど、新しいものも積極的に取り入れようという熱意や姿勢には敬服しました。高気密高断熱を謳った会社は、たくさんあります。しかし、施工技術を含めた「本物の高気密高断熱」を求めている方は、一度国松工務店へ相談してみるといいかもしれません。 We built a two-family house ZEH custom-built house (solid foundation, earthquake resistance grade 3, all-electric, solar power) at Kunimatsu Komuten.
