★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般の人の目にふれませんが、建築会社が読む新建新聞とで取り上げられたり、住宅ネットワークで表彰されているのを見かけるので、ガリガリ営業する会社かと思っていたら全く違いました。
まず社長が社員の意見をとても尊重しているようで、ひいては建物にそれが表れているように思います。
また、ゼネコンで培われたリスク管理なのでしょうか、とにかく設計、建材はもちろん、見学会についてもリスクがあるようなことはとにかく排除されているようです。
 It's hard to see from the general public, but I've seen it featured in new newspapers read by construction companies and commended by the housing network, so it was completely different if I thought it was a company that was open to the public.
First of all, the president seems to respect the opinions of employees very much, and I think that is reflected in the building.
Also, is it the risk management cultivated at the general contractor? Anyway, it seems that risks are excluded not only for design and building materials but also for tours.
