曇っていてこれまた残念。
ソロツーでここまで来たけど雲行きがあやしくなってきたので、切り上げて帰路についた。
帰りは福生で激しく降られた。
It is a pity that only the dam can be seen for the observation deck.
It's cloudy and this is also disappointing.
I came to here by solo two, but the clouds were getting worse, so I rounded up and went home.
The return was violently fallen in Fussa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二瀬ダムがよく見えます。道路の反対側にある管理事務所でダムカードが貰えます。秩父4ダムのカードが揃うと、二瀬ダムの手作りカードが貰えます。
I can see the Futase Dam well. You can get a dam card at the administration office on the other side of the road. Once you have all the Chichibu 4 dam cards, you will receive a handmade card from Futase Dam.
