予約なしで行きましたが、４時間20分かかりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出来たばかりの様でどこも新しく綺麗な建物、丁寧な受付の方、テキパキとした看護師さん、親身に話しを聞いて丁寧に触診と説明をしてくれる先生と文句無しです。ただ、何処もそうですが待ち時間は長いです。予約無しの初心の方は覚悟して行ってください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3歳の息子が腕を痛めて診て頂きました。院内はとても明るく清潔な印象を受けました。先生や看護師さんは、泣きわめいてどこがどう痛いのか伝えられない息子に対しても優しく、諦めず接してくれました。
患者さんひとりひとりをしっかり診てくれているんだなと感じました。その分待ち時間も非常に長いですが(4時間くらい待ちました。予約無しだったからかも？)それでもまた有事の際はここで診て頂こうと思います。ありがとうございました。
A 3-year-old son had an arm injury and was examined. The inside of the hospital was very bright and clean. The teachers and nurses were kind to my son who couldn't tell him where he hurt and how sore, and he treated me without giving up.
I felt that each patient was carefully examined. Although the waiting time is very long (I waited about 4 hours. Maybe it was because there was no reservation?) Still, in case of an emergency, I would like to see you here. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に受付で「予約がないと待ちます」と言われ「最大2時間くらいかな？」と勝手に思い込んで待ちました。結果、4時間半待っても診察してもらえない。その間、一度も声かけすらなかった。自分でもそこまでよく待ったなと思いますが、最後は血の気が引いて黙って帰りました。こんなことなら最初から大きな病院に行けばよかった。クリニックの意味がない。
開院にあたってきっと何千万もする検査機器を購入されているのに、低価格で導入できるクリニック用の受付システムを備えていない。残念ながら「患者は待たせておけばいい」というメッセージととられても仕方がないと思います。
At the reception desk, I was told "I will wait if there is no reservation" and I thought "Is it up to 2 hours?" And waited. As a result, even if I wait for four and a half hours, I cannot get a medical examination. During that time, I never even spoke to him. I think I've waited that long, but at the end I was so bloody that I went home silently. If this was the case, I should have gone to a big hospital from the beginning. There is no meaning in the clinic.
I'm sure that tens of millions of testing equipment have been purchased at the time of opening, but there is no reception system for clinics that can be introduced at a low price. Unfortunately, I think it can't be helped if the message "Patients should keep waiting" is taken.

そこから更に受信まで30分、受信し終わってから1時間ほど待たされました。人生でこれ以上のクリニックはないと思いますwww
